Become a part of MOPS...

How to Register

  • Complete a MOPS Registration Form. Be sure to include names and ages of all of your children and place a check beside those that will be attending MOPPETS. If applicable, please include pregnancies and your approximate due date.

  • Complete a MOPPETS Registration Form for each child attending MOPPETS.

  • Enclose your non-refundable $23.95 registration fee. Make checks out to East 91st Street Christian Church with "MOPS" written on the memo line. This check is due at the time of registration and will hold your spot in the event of a waiting list. Semester fees are outlined below and will be pro-rated for those joining mid-semester.

  • Mail all registration forms and your registration fee to:

When to Register

May 2 - May 16, 2008 - Priority registration for current members

May 16 - August 15, 2008 - Open Registration

**Note: Registrations received after the due date will be accepted if space is available in our programs.

2008-09 Semester Fees

Semester dues will be $63 for the fall and $81 for the spring, if you are bringing children to MOPS. Fees will be $31.50 for the fall and $40.50 for the spring, if you are not bringing children to MOPS.

Fall semester fees are due by September 5, 2008. Spring semester fees are due in January. Scholarship options and payment plans are available. See the registration form for more information.

Waiting List

Unfortunately, acceptance is on a first come first served basis. The number of registrations we can accept is based upon the availability of teachers for our MOPPETS classrooms.
